Shipping and delivery policy
All our products can be picked up by appointment at Heule (or Kortrijk or Deerlijk). They can also be delivered via grouped or dedicated transport, white gloves service or express (urgent). For more info please contact us, with your delivery address and eventual requirements (e.g. vertical transport), via the contact form under "Questions? Get in touch". Doing so, we can see what object your question is about. If you contact us by email, don't forget to include the correct product reference(s, even better: product links). Most of our items can be shipped with a standard parcel service (such as Bpost).
Self collection
Of course you are welcome to pick up your items yourself. Completely free of charge (unless exceptionally agreed otherwise, for extra protection, packaging, use of forklift truck etc). You can only do this by appointment at one of our addresses (Heule, Kortrijk or Deerlijk). Please let us know in advance if you still wish to view the article, or if we can already pack it for transport. It is best to provide a trunk with enough space for the desired items. Logistical solutions like Mr. Bean's will not be allowed to leave.
Parcel post
Most of our items can be sent by parcel service of Bpost. However, some parcels are just too large for their services, in which case other parcel services (DPD, DHL, UPS etc) can often provide a solution. If the item(s) is (are) too large or heavy to be sent as a parcel, they can still be sent as pallet freight. After contact, a concrete price can be given, and we offer the possibility to complete your purchase (including shipping) through the webshop.

Please note that shipping via parcel post is always at the buyer's risk, even if insured shipping is chosen so that the parcel is insured up to about 500 EUR against possible damage and/or loss. The administration regarding damage or loss must always be done by the recipient. Of course we pack your order as well as possible, but unfortunately this cannot always prevent possible damage.
To the extent possible, a track & trace code is always provided.
If the shipment, for whatever reason, is returned, the return always happens at the expense of the buyer.
Pallet shipment
Goods which are too large for parcel service can usually be sent by pallet freight. Such delivery will cost you between 250 and 1000 EUR within Belgium. Depending on the distance from Kortrijk, Belgium; delivery is often cheaper. Please contact us and we will find out.
Delivery
Groupage delivery via VDS transport: everything that falls under parcel shipment can be delivered in Belgium for approx. 75 EUR. Delivery time is then a maximum of 2 weeks (unless due to force majeure, in which case it will be communicated as such). If you need an object urgently, please contact us. VDS can also deliver anything larger than a parcel, but still manageable by 1 person with an L2H1 van (target price: 100 to 150 EUR for Belgium). For international deliveries (door to door or port to port) we ask you to contact us in advance so we can calculate the price for you.

Robust84 is not responsible for damage caused by transportation via third parties or by the customer's own transportation. Should the order be sent back (return shipment) for any reason, these shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
