Foreign vintage safety signs often give you a less serious interpretation of what they used to warn for. This sign warns you for cold temperatures. Or like my former collegue James P. would say: "it 's Freezing the suds out of my bollocks". Originates from Bulgarian charcoal mine. Nicely hand made with slight relief. In fairly good condition, but contains small scars from the tooth of time
